Ograda Fence Supplies – Return Policy


At Ograda Fence Supplies, we strive to provide high-quality fencing panels and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.


Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the purchase date.

  • Be returned within 7 days of collection / delivery for standard products.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

• Custom-made or special-order fence panels are non-returnable unless defective.


Return Process

1. Contact Us – Reach out to our team at info@ograda.com.au 03 9267 9077 to request a return authorization.

2. Inspection – Once the item is returned, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

3. Refund or Exchange – If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.


Refunds & Restocking Fees

• Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method.

• A restocking fee of 15% may apply to non-defective returns.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items

• If your fencing panels arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 24hours of delivery / collection with photos and details.

• If product deemed warrantable, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order panels.

• Items that have been installed, cut, or altered.

• Clearance or final sale items.
