Ograda Fence Supplies – Warranty Terms

At Ograda Fence Supplies, we stand by the quality of our fencing panels and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material integrity under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage:

• Duration:  10 years, on powder coating from the date of purchase. 

• Coverage:

    • Structural integrity of fencing panels.

    • Resistance to rust, rot, and corrosion (for metal or composite panels).

    • Gate automation products: covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect.

• Natural weathering, fading, or slight discoloration over time.

• Damage from extreme weather conditions (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.).

• Modifications or alterations made after purchase.

• Improper maintenance or use of harsh chemicals.

Warranty Claims:

• Customers must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect.

• Claims should be submitted via info@ograda.com.au 03 9267 9077 within  2 days of noticing the issue.

• If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement panel or an equivalent solution at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

Ograda Fence Supplies is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from product use. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective fencing panels.
